Works good for Turkey susage
Leon Silance (Whitesboro, TX) 1/4/2019 11:14 AM
We use Leggs Old Plantation # 10 with ground turkey to make susage patties. Delicious! I also use it as the only seasoning in grits, and for fried eggs. This is good stuff!

Not very hot on the red pepper
Don Wagner (Temple, TX) 1/1/2019 6:17 PM
Overall the flavor is pretty good, but within the description it talks about all of the red pepper in the mix. I was expecting something with a little more zip to it. The sage is noticeable, but the red pepper not so much. If you’re wanting some heat, I would add some additional red pepper flakes. I will probably stick with my Zach’s Hot mix on the next go around.
